Mariners Earn CUNYAC Baseball All-Conference Recognition, Deltgen Named to First Team May 13, 2009 FLUSHING, N.Y. – Mitchell College senior pitcher, Adam Deltgen (Norwich, Conn.) was named to the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) Baseball All-Conference First Team for his efforts this season. Fellow Mariners Clayton Boegler (Somerset, Mass.) and Jeff Perillo (Newington, Conn.) were both named to the CUNYAC All-Conference second team.
Baruch Beats Mitchell for CUNYAC Baseball Championship May 9, 2009 Brooklyn, N.Y. - Top-seeded Baruch College scored two runs in its final at-bat defeating Mitchell College to win the 2009 CUNY Athletic Conference Baseball Championship 6-5 on Saturday afternoon at Keyspan Park. It is the Bearcats second tournament title, having captured the 2001 crown with a 5-3 win over the College of Staten Island.

Baruch Defeats Mitchell in CUNY Championship Baseball Action May 7, 2009 Brooklyn, N.Y. – The Mitchell College baseball team fell to Baruch College today, 9-1, in the first game of the (City University of New York Athletic Conference) CUNYAC Championship this afternoon. For the Mariners, junior catcher Matt Radke (Terryville, Conn.) and sophomore shortstop Jeff Perillo (Newington, Conn.) each had two hits in the loss.
