MITCHELL COLLEGE MEN'S GOLF INFO
Founded in 1993, the Mitchell College Golf program is built on a very successful NJCAA reputation. Now competing at the NCAA Division III level, the Team is excited about their continued growth and potential. Mitchell currently competes against some of the top Division III programs in New England. They have the opportunity to golf on some of the finest courses in the region with trips throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
Returning the majority of last season's very young roster, the Team looks to pick up right where the left off last fall as they earn their place as a solid NCAA DIII competitor.
Head Golf Coach Chris Hedden
The Mitchell College golf coach, Chris Hedden, is a well respected teaching pro in the area with over---- years of experience in instruction. Mitchell is proud to call the Shennecossett Golf Club in Groton, Connecticut their home course. The historic course is well known for being as scenic as it is challenging, with it location along the Thames River and the Long Island Sound.
