Men's Tennis Finishes Unbeaten in NECC Play

BOSTON - For the second straight season the Mitchell College men's tennis team finished undefeated in NECC play, defeating Wheelock College by a 9-0 final on Saturday afternoon to secure an 8-0 conference mark.

The Mariners (10-0 overall) started the day by sweeping doubles play before taking all six singles matches in straight sets. Wheelock dropped to 1-9 overall on the season.

Mitchell is scheduled to play a doubleheader at Albertus Magnus College on Sunday, April 25 at noon.
