Rick Carmona is entering his fourth season as head coach of the Mitchell College men's tennis team.

Carmona has led the Mitchell men's program to three straight New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) regular season titles. The Mariners have lost only one conference match during his tenure, and he has produced a total of 10 all-conference singles and five all-conference doubles selections over the last three seasons.

Carmona was named the NECC Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2011. He holds an overall record of 31-2 as head coach at Mitchell.
