Cassandra Roman

Senior Cassandra Roman (New London, Conn.) delivered a standout week at the plate for Mitchell, posting a .444 batting average (8-for-18), while scoring seven runs, recording four doubles, one triple, and four RBI, and posting a .476 on-base percentage and .778 slugging percentage.

Roman was especially impactful in conference play, batting .500 (8-for-16) with four doubles, a triple, and four RBI across four GNAC games. She recorded three multi-hit performances, including a 3-for-4 outing with a double and two RBI against Dean and a dominant showing in a doubleheader sweep at Elms. \

Against the Blazers, she went a combined 5-for-8 with three extra-base hits and six runs scored, highlighted by a 3-for-4 performance with two doubles and four runs scored in a 14–2 victory.
